Helmet created for the epic Portlandia scultpure. Ably assisted in the graphic painting by Edward Elliot-Ridgeway. Go ahead and check out his current projects. You'll be glad you did.

Oversized sculptures put in place next to Portlandia (by some incredibly awesome window washers) to promote Bridge Pedal 2005. Portlandia is the 2nd largest copper repousse sculpture in the U.S. created by Robert Kaskey. Checkout his other enormous work.

Helmet after it had been taken down, blocking the entrance to the Portland Building. In 2005, when this picture was taken, it was still pretty unusual to see someone so preoccupied with a phone that they wouldn't notice an 8 foot bicycle helmet in their path. Thanks to Ted Ridgeway for the graphic assistance.
